VACANCIESLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Cali Resort &amp; Spa in Paphos, as the Bartender and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to standard recipes.</li><li>Engage with guests to take drink orders, recommend specials, and provide exceptional guest service.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Handle money transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage orders.</li><li>Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and always ensure guest safety.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow the bar’s menu on all the beverages and snacks on the unit’s bar menu.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cooperates with all serving staff.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Make recommendations or share additional information to guests upon request.&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum of one year’s work experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcoming personality.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work as a team player.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the English language.
