Learn about your role We are seeking to recruit an experienced Cyprus based Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist to ensure that our clients have an outstanding support network throughout the lifetime of their account. &nbsp;This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven professional who enjoys engaging with people! &nbsp; &nbsp;What you’ll be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Impactful communication with clients for the ultimate outstanding client experience</li><li>Engage with clients’ inquiries through phone, email, and live chats</li><li>Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries effectively</li><li>Respond promptly and eloquently to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them flawlessly</li><li>Record details of all inquiries, comments, and complaints in CRM system</li><li>Coordinate with the sales &amp; retention teams globally and other relevant departments</li><li>Assist new clients with the account opening process and company’s KYC procedures</li><li>Proactively provide clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions, products and updates</li><li>Act as an ambassador for the Company upholding the highest level of service</li><li>Stand in for Customer Support Manager in rotation with the other members of the team when required.</li></ul>What we’re looking for&nbsp;<ul><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent</li><li>2-3 &nbsp;years’ experience in a Customer Support role, ideally in the Forex business</li><li>Fluent verbal and written Spanish &amp; English.
