The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Prepare and reset tables to established service standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding guest requests, allergies, and menu details.</li><li>Support banquet and event setups, servicing, and breakdowns as per function requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of tableware, cleanliness of equipment, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.</li><li>Respond professionally to guest inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and uphold brand standards.</li><li>Complete closing duties and maintain organized, stocked service areas.</li><li>Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards at all times.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel &amp; Catering Diploma is a plus</li><li>3+ years’ experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in the Hospitality Industry</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of English Language</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills</li><li>Knowledge of Hotel software / PMS is a plus</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification</li><li>Pleasant Personality</li><li>Customer-centric</li></ul>&nbsp;What we Offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package + tips</li><li>Growth within a globally renowned restaurant</li><li>Training and development from top industry professionals</li><li>Accommodation provided and daily meals during shift</li></ul>&nbsp;Ready to join us?Send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitments@parklanecyprus.com">recruitments@parklanecyprus.com</a>&nbsp;and be part of the Nammos experience!
