Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mice Sales Assistant located in Paphos, Cyprus. The Mice Sales&nbsp; Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client&nbsp; inquiries, and supporting the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies within the&nbsp; MICE Segment. Daily tasks will include handling communications with clients, organizing sales&nbsp; materials, and assisting with the coordination of events and meetings. The role also requires&nbsp; maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all sales processes are&nbsp; efficiently executed and follow up and creating proposals of both existing as new potential leads. Qualifications • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Effective communication and sales abilities • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent organization skills to manage tasks and documents efficiently • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in relevant computer applications • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team • &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
