As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the hotel. The successful candidate will be a key driver of operational excellence, financial performance, quality service, and employee engagement – ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.&nbsp;Key qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position within the industry</li><li>Excellent leadership and people management skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language</li><li>Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously</li><li>High level of customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset</li><li>Proficiency in financial management and cost control</li><li>Strong organizational and process improvement skills</li><li>Computer Literacy (MS Office)</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee overall Hotel and Village Square operations</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with all Hotel departments ensuring daily smooth operation</li><li>Control operational costs without affecting the overall quality of service offered</li><li>Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments &amp; Product Development</li><li>Provide timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required</li><li>Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience</li><li>Respond to guest needs and resolve related problems</li><li>Oversee and implement Company’s Specifications and Directives</li><li>Supervision &amp; close monitoring of Quality Systems (ISO-HACCP-Environmental-Health &amp; Safety)</li><li>Implementation and monitoring of all Control system and procedures</li><li>Closely monitor of local sales and upgrades</li><li>Achievement of Tour Operators CSQ Target Results and Trip Advisor ratings</li><li>Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors where and if necessary</li><li>Inspecting all departments for SOP’s implementation</li><li>Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required</li><li>Monitor and maintain operation &amp; overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue</li><li>Any other duties as assigned by the Management</li></ul>&nbsp;A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary, health insurance options, meals, internal company special offers, permanent employment with career growth opportunities, provident fund after the completion of the probation period and other benefits.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please send your CV notifying the position you are applying for, for the attention of:&nbsp;Thekla KasapiHuman Resources ManagerAphrodite Hills HotelTel: 26-829700, Fax: 26-829602E-mail: <a href="mailto:t.kasapi@aphroditehills.com">t.kasapi@aphroditehills.com</a>&nbsp;
