You will be at the heart of our People &amp; Culture operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while supporting the broader People &amp; Culture strategy.&nbsp;Your Mission:🎯 P&amp;C Operations &amp; Administration Excellence<ul><li>Manage and optimise P&amp;C operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and labour regulations.</li><li>Provide comprehensive P&amp;C administrative support, including contract management, employee records, P&amp;C policies, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Play a key role in P&amp;C process automation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows.</li></ul>&nbsp;🎯 Exelsys HCM Administration &amp; P&amp;C Systems Management<ul><li>Administer and manage Exelsys HCM, ensuring the system is effectively maintained and utilised to support P&amp;C processes.</li><li>Act as the go-to expert for P&amp;C systems, providing troubleshooting, updates, and reporting support to ensure data accuracy and usability.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to streamline P&amp;C system functionalities and enhance employee experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;🎯 Employee Lifecycle &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract updates, and offboarding procedures.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in Exelsys HCM and other P&amp;C systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance.</li><li>Generate and analyse P&amp;C reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.</li></ul>&nbsp;🎯 Payroll &amp; Benefits Support<ul><li>Assist with monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.</li><li>Coordinate employee benefits scheme, responding to employee queries and ensuring smooth execution of benefit programs.</li><li>Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accuracy of any payroll related data.</li></ul>&nbsp;🎯 P&amp;C Compliance &amp; Policies<ul><li>Ensure all P&amp;C policies, procedures, and documentation are compliant with local labour laws and international best practices.</li><li>Support internal audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate and well-organised P&amp;C records.</li><li>Keep up to date with employment regulations and industry best practices, providing recommendations for policy enhancements.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:✅ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
