Be Part of Something New! We’re launching a brand-new restaurant in the heart of Nicosia — a fresh and exciting concept focused on exceptional food, welcoming service, and memorable experiences. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for an experienced, motivated&nbsp;Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen</li><li>Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and presentation</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety</li><li>Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination</li><li>Train and mentor junior kitchen team members</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in all dishes</li><li>Step in for the Head Chef as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role</li><li>Formal culinary training or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and/or contemporary cuisine</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Passion for food, creativity, and a team-first attitude</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the business and contribute to its vision</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment</li><li>Staff meals</li></ul>How to Apply: Email your CV and a short cover letter to <a href="mailto:samacocy@outlook.com">samacocy@outlook.com</a> with the subject: “Sous Chef &nbsp;Application”.
