Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Preparation of accounting records, payroll, VAT, VIES, and social insurance for a portfolio of clients.</li><li>Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information.</li><li>Posting multicurrency transactions and preparing financial reports.</li><li>Recording VAT reverse charge transactions (services and/or goods, EU/Non-EU, construction, etc.).</li><li>Preparing bank reconciliations.</li><li>Preparing debtor and creditor reconciliations (movements and balances).</li><li>Calculating loan interest in accordance with client agreements.</li><li>Preparing VAT and VIES returns on a monthly or quarterly basis.</li><li>Communicating with clients to ensure timely and complete submission of required information.</li><li>Collaborating with the audit department, including handling audit queries and recording audit adjustments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or holder of CAT or AAT qualification.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of prior experience in an accounting and/or audit firm.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English (verbal and written).</li><li>Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and experience with Intelisoft accounting software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Performance-based bonus scheme.</li><li>Early Friday finish (working until 14:00).</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career development.</li></ul>How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to <a href="mailto:cp@adastra.cy">cp@adastra.cy</a>.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
