The successful candidate should have the following:Qualifications/ Skills:<ul><li>University degree in Law from a reputable University (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)</li><li>LL.M (Master of Laws), especially in Real Estate or Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years’ previous in-house or law firm experience</li><li>Member of the Cyprus Bar Association (or being able to be a member of the Cyprus Bar Association)</li><li>Excellent knowledge and ability to understand contents of Property Law &amp; immigration material (procedures, applications, legal framework)</li><li>Advanced drafting skills with attention to detail (drafting of sales agreements, tenancy agreements and other legal agreements)</li><li>Experience in Permanent Residency procedures and applications</li><li>Compliance and regulatory experience will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Computer literate (MS Office applications, word, excel, outlook etc.)</li><li>Fluent in both Greek and English, both written and verbal is a must</li><li>Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive</li><li>Understanding of confidentiality rules and non-disclosure policies</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to take initiatives, work under minimum direction and take responsibility for own actions</li><li>Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure</li><li>Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and a team player</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Previous experience in the field of Real Estate will be considered an advantage</li><li>GDPR knowledge will be considered an advantage&nbsp;</li></ul>Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting commercial contracts, sale and purchasing agreements, tenancy agreements and other legal agreements and documents</li><li>Provision of support, legal advice, assistance and guidance on legal matters related to property, immigration, including but not limited to corporate, real estate, investment and compliance matters</li><li>Managing the group’s corporate secretary work, i.e. opening files, organizing meetings, email management and drafting legal correspondence and letters</li><li>Performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations with company’s current and prospective clients</li><li>Preparing, executing, processing and/or reviewing all type of legal documents (Contracts of sale, tenancy agreements, legal applications etc.)</li><li>Performing legal research</li><li>Provision of legal advice to the clients of the company with regards to their transactions</li><li>Opening of Bank accounts in Cyprus and abroad</li><li>Handling all aspects of Cyprus Immigration applications-PR schemes</li><li>Consultation of corporate and immigration clients, maintaining client relations, attending meetings</li><li>Formation of Companies</li><li>Assist with educating employees with respect to compliance and legal and regulatory requirements, contracting process and various other areas of responsibilities</li><li>Dealing with employment matters which may arise from time to time in relation to the employees of the group</li><li>Being able to complete the assigned tasks and revert within the assigned deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>A challenging job in a fast developing and leading company in the real estate industry</li><li>Friendly work environment where you can thrive and develop your skills</li><li>Career advancement possibilities</li><li>Competitive remuneration package, subject to experience and qualifications</li></ul>Interested candidates are requested to send their CV by email to <a href="mailto:kristie@zavos.com">kristie@zavos.com</a> including the reference CORPORATE LAWYER.
