Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations</li><li>Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports</li><li>Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses</li><li>Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing</li><li>Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly</li><li>Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed</li><li>Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Law, ACCA, ACA, ADIT or a related field</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or industry</li><li>Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations</li><li>Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills</li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Our firm offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience</li><li>Bonus based on performance</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Three days of paid sick leave per year</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities.&nbsp;</li></ul>Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=TPSupervisor/1/2025">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
