Together, we’ll stay agile, compliant, and protected as we expand and innovate.&nbsp;Here’s what you’ll be doingAs our Junior Legal Counsel, you’ll help lay the groundwork for our business success. You’ll tackle a wide range of legal matters, from day-to-day contracts to supporting strategic growth initiatives.&nbsp;You’ll get to:<ul><li>Draft and review the commercial contracts and agreements of clients, partners, and vendors</li><li>Provide suggestions or advice in respect to optimising the group structure of the Company; liaise with external lawyers from other jurisdictions to meet the needs of new incorporations and setups&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in ad hoc legal projects and internal policy development to ensure we stay ahead of emerging risks and obligations</li><li>Support company incorporations, registrations, and maintain corporate records in multiple jurisdictions</li><li>Correspond with regulators and assist with licensing, compliance, and reporting requirements</li><li>Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to our business and keep stakeholders informed</li><li>Represent the company as a nominee when required and liaise with external legal advisors as needed</li><li>Provide practical legal guidance to teams across the company to help them make smart, risk-aware decisions</li><li>Prepare, maintain, and update legal templates and standard documents to keep us operating smoothly and efficiently</li><li>Maintain and update the Company’s database in relation to all legal documentation, templates, internal documents and contractual agreements with counterparties</li></ul>You need these qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in Law</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English and Greek</li><li>Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts</li><li>Familiar with corporate governance, company incorporations, and basic regulatory compliance</li><li>Be a detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills, be clear, professional, and approachable</li><li>Hands on personality, ready to take initiative</li><li>Love learning and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Have an eye for detail, draft documents diligently and accurately</li></ul>It would be nice if…<ul><li>Previous experience in the telecom or technology industry or willingness to learn how the telecom industry operates in depth</li><li>Experience with cross-border transactions or multi-jurisdictional compliance</li><li>Familiar with data privacy, intellectual property, or telecom-specific regulations</li><li>Be comfortable using digital tools to organise and automate legal operations</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Flexible working hours and commitment to work-life balance</li><li>Generous annual leave entitlement</li><li>Possibilities for ongoing professional growth and advancement</li><li>An engaging and inclusive workplace</li></ul>Ready to join us?Please send us your CV and a cover letter that tells us why this role is the right next step for you by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/intergotelecom/j/F704698DAB/">clicking here</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;There’s one more, very important thing: we are an equal opportunity employer.
