Since 2019, we have supported over 100 active clients in Cyprus, helping them digitalize operations, increase efficiency, and scale their businesses.We are now seeking a Business Development&nbsp; to drive growth, strengthen our presence in Cyprus, and expand our customer base.Role OverviewAs our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of Big Change Cyprus to prospects, ensuring they understand the value of FSM solutions in transforming their operations.This role is best suited to a dynamic, motivated, and target-driven individual with prior experience in B2B software/IT sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (construction, facilities management, HVAC, utilities, etc.).</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.</li><li>Collaborate with the service/support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organisations.</li><li>Stay updated on BigChange UK’s product roadmap and actively promote new features/modules.</li><li>Represent Big Change Cyprus at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT solutions.</li><li>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Cyprus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Professional training on BigChange FSM software.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading UK technology partner.</li><li>Career growth potential within a growing business.</li><li>Supportive, professional team environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you're ready to make a big impact selling a powerful, proven solution to businesses across Cyprus, we want to hear from you!Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter at: <a href="mailto:admin@bigchangecyprus.com">admin@bigchangecyprus.com</a>&nbsp;
