Γραμματέας ΙατρείουΗ κλινική εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης Πεδιαίος (Pedieos IVF Center) ψάχνει να προσλάβει έμπειρο άτομο για τη θέση&nbsp;Γραμματέα Ιατρείου.&nbsp;Προτερήματα:<ul><li>Ευκαιρίες ανέλιξης</li><li>Μισθός ανταγωνιστικός</li></ul>Απαραίτητα:<ul><li>Γνώση καλής Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Προφορικά και Γραπτά) είναι απαραίτητη.&nbsp;Η γνώση επιπρόσθετης γλώσσας είναι επιπλέον&nbsp;προσόν.</li></ul>Υπευθυνότητες:<ul><li>Διαχείριση της υποδοχής του ιατρείου.</li><li>Διαχείριση τηλεφωνημάτων.</li><li>Διαχείριση ραντεβού στο Google Calendar.</li><li>Πέρασμα αναλύσεων και θεραπείες στο ΓΕΣΥ.</li><li>Διαμοιρασμό μηνυμάτων στο υπόλοιπο προσωπικό της κλινικής.</li><li>Χρήση Gmail.</li><li>Αρχειοθέτηση και δημιουργία αντίτυπων.</li><li>Εξυπηρέτηση ασθενών και ενημέρωση των φακέλων τους.</li><li>Υποστήριξη και βοήθεια στο υπόλοιπο προσωπικό της κλινικής στα&nbsp;καθημερινά καθήκοντα.</li><li>Διαχείριση πληρωμών από ασθενείς.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα προσόντα και εμπειρία:<ul><li>Γνώση στο σύστημα του ΓΕΣΥ ή παρόμιο σύστημα και εμπειρία στον ιατρικό τομέα είναι&nbsp;επιθυμητή.&nbsp;</li><li>Ικανότητα να εργάζεται διακριτικά με τους ασθενείς λόγω φύσης του επαγγέλματος.</li><li>Καλή οργάνωση.</li><li>Γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Προφορικά και Γραπτά).</li><li>Πολή καλη γνώση Ηλεκτρονικών Υπολογιστών (Word, Excel, CRM system).</li><li>Διαχείριση απαιτήσεων από ασθενείς με διακριτικό τρόπο.</li></ul>Ωράριο:<ul><li>Ώρες εργασίας 40 τη βδομάδα.&nbsp;</li><li>Δύο Σάββατα τον μήνα (πρωί μόνο)</li></ul>Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες παρακαλούνται όπως αποστείλουν το βιογραφικό τους και τον τίτλο εργασίας για τον οποίο αιτούνται στην συντονίστρια <a href="mailto:drtrokoudes@pedieosivf.com.cy">lucy@pedieosivf.com.cy</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient Medical Secretary at our office in Nicosia.&nbsp;&nbsp;Mandatory to be considered:<ul><li>Fluent in Greek and English in writing, reading and speaking. Additional languages are a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Potential for moving up in the company</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcoming people in the reception area with a positive attitude and making them feel comfortable.</li><li>Answer phone calls.</li><li>Booking and managing appointments on Google calendar.</li><li>Entering lab tests, medicine and therapies in the GESY system.</li><li>Taking notes from phone calls and passing them on to the appropriate department.&nbsp;</li><li>Sending and receiving emails on Gmail.&nbsp;</li><li>Filing, making copies and updating patient records.&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the rest of the team on their daily duties.&nbsp;</li><li>Ordering supplies for the office and making sure the place looks neat.&nbsp;</li><li>Dealing with payments from patients, suppliers and other sources.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Basic requirements and past experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Knowledge of GESY system and previous work experience in the medical industry are desired.</li><li>Must be able to multitask.&nbsp;</li><li>Be capable of being discreet with patients since it is a sensitive and private topic.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be extremely organised.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li><li>Very good at Microsoft word, Excel and other computer software.&nbsp;</li><li>Deal with customers’ demands in a calm and respectful manner.&nbsp;</li></ul>Work Hours:<ul><li>40 hours per week</li><li>Two Saturdays per month (morning only)</li></ul>Please send your CV to and the position you are interested in to the medical <a href="mailto:chrysa@pedieosivf.com.cy">lucy@pedieosivf.com.cy</a>
