Company: CMV Michaels Ltd – Group of CompaniesAbout Us:CMV Michaels Ltd operates under one umbrella with diversified businesses in the sectors of:<ul><li>Property Group</li><li>Coffee Shops</li><li>Rental Car Business</li></ul>&nbsp;Position Overview:&nbsp;We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our finance department and the CEO.The candidate should have knowledge of payroll, expense management, creditor payments, and online banking, while also assisting in administrative tasks and coordinating the CEO’s daily activities.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing and processing payroll.</li><li>Support the accounting team in recording and categorizing company expenses.</li><li>Help in preparing creditor payments and online banking transactions.</li><li>Prepare and publish job posts when required.</li><li>Assist with the CEO’s daily coordination and administrative needs.</li><li>Provide general support to the accounting department.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in accounting or as an assistant in a finance role (1–3 years preferred).</li><li>Basic knowledge of payroll systems and expense reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with online banking and creditor management.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and support the CEO in day-to-day business activities.</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and English.</li><li>Computer literacy with accounting software knowledge is an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Working Hours &amp; Salary:<ul><li>Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00</li><li>Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 📩 Apply at: chrystal@fordcyprus.com
