THE COMPANYOn behalf of our client, a reputable Company operating within the cosmetics retail industry, we seek to recruit an enthusiastic and high calibre professional for the position of Head of Commercial, to be based in Nicosia.&nbsp;THE POSITIONThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy, the effective management of supplier relationships and agreements, the optimisation of store spaces and the resourceful administration of the Commercial department.&nbsp;More specifically, the successful candidate will be expected amongst other, to:<ul><li>Participate in the development of the Company's growth strategy aiming to increase market share and profitability</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the product range in alignment with consumer preferences</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions of collaboration</li><li>Negotiate and monitor the implementation of agreements with brands and suppliers aiming to maximize the Company's profitability</li><li>Analyze sales performance to help determine the product pricing strategy</li><li>Supervise the creation of effective and attractive store spaces in alignment with the requirements of each brand and current consumer preferences and determine the space occupied by brands within physical stores</li><li>Monitor the performance (KPIs) of the entire product range of the Company, and implement corrective actions, where and if required</li><li>Participate in exhibitions and propose new collaborations or new products aiming to strengthen the product range</li><li>Oversee demand planning and purchasing and replenishment activities to ensure that stores are adequately stocked</li><li>Guide, monitor and support the performance of various teams under the Commercial department</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or any other related field</li><li>Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage</li><li>At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position, within a reputable organisation operating in the retail sector</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial strategies and business operations</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to utilise data for making informed decisions</li><li>Experience in negotiating and managing supplier agreements</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul>REMUNERATIONA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;APPLICATIONS&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
