Our team of 200+ professionals specializes in complex, high-quality developments for both public and private sector clients.&nbsp;We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead the execution of our projects, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of works.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site</li><li>Supervise construction teams and coordinate subcontractors &amp; suppliers</li><li>Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards</li><li>Monitor schedules, progress, and budgets, reporting to senior management</li><li>Resolve technical and operational issues on site</li><li>Maintain effective communication between office staff, engineers, and site teams</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (mandatory)</li><li>Member of ETEK</li><li>Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Engineer in construction projects is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is essential (e.g. MS Project)</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Cyprus construction contracts</li><li>Excellent leadership and organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Company car</li><li>Dynamic work environment with diverse projects</li><li>Long-term career growth opportunities within a leading contractor in Cyprus</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV to: 📧 <a href="mailto:info@gavrielcon.com">info@gavrielcon.com</a>Please include “Construction Site Manager – CV – [Your Name]” in the subject line.
