Qualifications<ul><li dir="ltr">At least seven (7) years of post-qualification experience in contentious litigation cases and Court practice;</li><li dir="ltr">LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with a minimum grade of 2.1 (upper second) or equivalent;</li><li dir="ltr">LL.M.(Master of Laws) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage;</li><li dir="ltr">Cyprus Bar Association License;</li><li dir="ltr">ADR or other professional certificates or qualifications will be considered an advantage;</li><li dir="ltr">Fluent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and oral;</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite;</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional and Personal Abilities, Skills and Attributes<ul><li dir="ltr">Necessary knowledge, experience, abilities and skills allowing to&nbsp;autonomously manage and execute cases and tasks that they will be required and expected to handle in the litigation field.</li><li dir="ltr">In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules;</li><li dir="ltr">Wide experience in diverse contentious cases and matters;</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;</li><li dir="ltr">Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;</li><li dir="ltr">Strong ability to negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) outcomes</li><li dir="ltr">Take responsibility for own actions and initiatives;</li><li dir="ltr">Dynamic with pleasant personality;</li><li dir="ltr">Self-motivated and able to cooperate efficiently with co-workers;</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of lawyers and administrative staff;</li><li dir="ltr">Effective delegation and monitoring skills;</li><li and integrity in all dealings.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li dir="ltr">Lead, manage and supervise the Litigation Department of the Firm and its members;</li><li dir="ltr">Train, mentor and develop the members of the litigation team;</li><li dir="ltr">Allocate and oversee the distribution of litigation cases;</li><li dir="ltr">Handle, oversee and manage a portfolio of complex, high-value or significant litigation cases;</li><li dir="ltr">Represent clients in court hearings, trials and ADR procedures;</li><li dir="ltr">Prepare and review pleadings and other court documents prepared by the litigation team members to ensure quality and accuracy;</li><li dir="ltr">Prepare and review legal opinions;</li><li dir="ltr">Act as the focal point of contact, especially for key litigation clients;</li><li dir="ltr">Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients;</li><li dir="ltr">Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the Firm’s litigation department;</li><li dir="ltr">Represent the Firm at professional and promotional events, conferences and networking activities;</li><li dir="ltr">Contribute to the shaping, improvement and implementation of the Firm’s overall business plan and strategy, its policies and procedures;</li><li dir="ltr">Assist to the preparation, monitoring and implementation of the Department’s budgets, billing and profitability targets and of each of the Department’s team member;</li><li dir="ltr">Conduct periodic employee assessments and performance appraisals, job interviews and other necessary HR
