Join our team!Sales ExecutiveOur Company is growing and looking to find a dynamic and motivated candidate to drive passenger revenue and market share across the assigned regions (CY/GR/LB/IL/DX) by developing strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. The Sales Executive will implement the airline’s commercial strategy in each market, secure new business, and maintain existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.&nbsp;If you wish to join us and you believe that you are a suitable candidate based on the requirements below, submit your application at the latest by&nbsp;Friday, 19 September 2025.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Revenue Generation<ul><li>Promote Cyprus Airways’ products and services to agents, corporates, tour operators, consolidators, and other partners across the assigned territories.</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow sales and improve load factors</li><li>Monitor sales performance by market and account, recommending actions to optimize revenue</li><li>Implement tactical and strategic initiatives to support market performance and seasonal campaigns&nbsp;</li></ul>Account Management<ul><li>Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the assigned regions.</li><li>Conduct regular sales visits and business reviews to strengthen client relationships and ensure commercial alignment</li><li>Negotiate incentive agreements in line with revenue targets and company policies</li><li>Resolve client issues swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality&nbsp;</li></ul>Market Development<ul><li>Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends, providing regular feedback to the Revenue and Marketing teams.</li><li>Suggest market-specific promotions, fare structures, and route opportunities to enhance competitiveness</li><li>Support local marketing campaigns and trade events to build brand awareness and traffic</li></ul>Commercial Coordinator<ul><li>Liaise with Revenue Management, Marketing, Charter, and Groups teams to align strategies across markets.</li><li>Coordinate group quote requests, ad hoc series, and charter opportunities where applicable</li><li>Support GSA management and monitor their performance in overseas territories</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date CRM records and contract documentation.</li><li>Track performance against KPIs and recommend adjustments where needed.</li></ul>Location: Based in Cyprus.
