As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the charge and help shape the identity and success of this new venture.&nbsp;About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to join a restaurant from day one and be part of its launch and long-term success. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in setting up operations, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring that all systems run smoothly from opening day onward. You’ll work closely with ownership and the culinary team to build a restaurant that stands out in Nicosia’s competitive dining scene.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the opening preparations of the restaurant from the ground up</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house team members</li><li>Develop operating procedures and service standards</li><li>Ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve customer issues professionally and effectively</li><li>Manage reservations, floor planning, and daily service flow</li><li>Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships</li><li>Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations</li><li>Track sales performance, control costs, and meet profitability goals</li><li>Collaborate on marketing, events, and promotional strategies</li><li>Prepare staff schedules to ensure the service quality is maintained</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Previous proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (opening experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent knowledge of customer service and hospitality best practices</li><li>Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and staff scheduling</li><li>Passion for food, service, and building a positive team culture</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the business and contribute to its vision</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment</li><li>Staff meals</li></ul>How to Apply: Email your CV and a short cover letter to <a href="mailto:samacocy@outlook.com">samacocy@outlook.com</a> with the subject: “Restaurant Manager Application”.
