With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we are looking for an energetic and well organized member to join our Nicosia Workshop team as&nbsp;a Receptionist.&nbsp;Your main duties will be:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure that customer’s needs are always met to enhance their experience during their visit and to proactively create an amazing experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle and allocate all incoming customer enquiries to the appropriate colleagues, either through the phone or in person.&nbsp;</li><li>Acknowledge and welcome all customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all supplies for Customer Reception area disposables are ordered and stocked as needed (coffee, tea, refreshments, towels, candles, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Assist the team with any necessary support.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Service Advisors team where necessary. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be courteous and welcoming to all customers while paying attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and maintain accurate records where necessary.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluent in Greek and English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Computer skills are essential for the position and familiar with basic software applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Professional appearance and pleasant personality.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong customer focus with a positive attitude.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.&nbsp;</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package according to experience.&nbsp;</li><li>13th salary and part of 14th salary</li><li>21 days of paid holiday.</li><li>Generous provident fund.</li><li>Continuous training to enhance development in the organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all and our decisions are based on character, qualifications and experience.
