Skhema Group is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Computational Designer / Architect to support our growing local and international design and outsourcing initiatives, particularly in collaboration with architectural practices in the UK &amp; abroad. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, design-driven studio working on innovative, high-profile projects.&nbsp;Who You Are:You are a forward-thinking designer with a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for computational processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate effectively, and can manage complex tasks independently while meeting high standards of design and delivery.&nbsp;Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution</li><li>2+ years’ experience in computational design and architectural practice</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper</li><li>Strong knowledge of Revit and Rhino.Inside workflows</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD &amp; Revit</li><li>Scripting skills in Python and C# (Grasshopper/Rhino Inside/Revit and in Visual Studio)</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>UK Experience will be considered a plus</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills</li><li>Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight</li><li>Experience in technical detailing, construction packages, and site coordination</li><li>Ability to multitask across several projects and deadlines</li><li>Willingness to work on both local (Cyprus) and international projects</li><li>A passion for design, innovation, and continuous learning</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic</li></ul>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop parametric and computational design solutions using Rhino, Grasshopper, and scripting tools</li><li>Integrate and optimize Revit workflows through Rhino.Inside for BIM coordination</li><li>Support design stages from concept through construction, including prototyping and automation</li><li>Work closely with architects and engineers on technically ambitious, design-led projects</li><li>Produce design variations, drawing packages, 3D models, and visualizations</li><li>Create technical details and construction documentation</li><li>Assist in client presentations and coordination with project stakeholders</li><li>Drive the office’s expertise in computational design and digital tools</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures</li><li>Report regularly on project progress to the Director of Architecture</li></ul>Why Join Skhema Group?<ul><li>Work on innovative and high-caliber projects</li><li>Join a collaborative and design-focused practice</li><li>Take on responsibility and leadership from day one</li><li>Be part of a studio that values excellence, innovation, and impact</li><li>Grow your skills in a fast-paced, international environment</li></ul>Ready to Apply?If you're passionate about architecture and technology and eager to grow within a forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.Send your CV and Portfolio to: info@skhemagroup.com
