Real Estate Administrator&nbsp; Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (on-site) Schedule: Full-time&nbsp;About the role We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive administrator to keep our real estate operations running smoothly—supporting agents, property managers, and clients across sales, leasing, and daily office workflows.&nbsp;Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office tasks: correspondence, filing, calendars, and supplies.</li><li>Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments for managers, agents and clients.</li><li>Provide administrative support to agents, property managers, and the sales team.</li></ul>Client and Tenant Relations<ul><li>Handle inquiries (phone, email, in-person) from clients, tenants, and prospects.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and sales documentation.</li><li>Support property inspections and coordinate vendors/service providers.</li></ul>Property and Transaction Support<ul><li>Create and update listings, brochures, and online marketing materials.</li><li>Track deal pipelines, sales progress, rental payments, and unit availability.</li><li>Log maintenance requests and follow up to completion.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).</li><li>1–3 years’ administrative experience (real estate experience is an advantage).</li><li>Excellent organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication and a friendly, service-oriented approach.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with real-estate CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Languages: Greek and English (written and spoken) required.</li></ul>Compensation and BenefitsGross annual salary: €15,000 - €17,000 depending on qualifications and experience.<ul><li>13th salary included.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a high-profile real estate group.</li><li>Professional and personal development opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply Send your CV (and a short note on your experience) to <a href="mailto:careers@citygroup.cy">careers@citygroup.cy</a>For further information and enquiries feel free to call us at 99 695 888 or 94 209 383.&nbsp;
