Location: PAS Oralcare, Pouliou Kapota 11D, Palouriotissa, 1035, Nicosia Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00, 13:00-14:00 lunch break&nbsp;Start Date: 1/11/2025&nbsp;PAS Oralcare is a growing name in the dental supply world, providing high-quality oral healthcare products to professionals across Cyprus. We pride ourselves on being reliable, responsive, and passionate about what we do — and we’re looking for someone to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.&nbsp;We're currently hiring for a full-time Operations &amp; Inventory Coordinator to support order fulfillment, supplier management, and stock control. If you're someone who likes things organized, communicates well, and enjoys variety in your day, this could be a great fit.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Handle invoices for outgoing shipments and ensure all documentation is correct</li><li>Monitor stock levels, keeping inventory systems updated and shelves well-organized</li><li>Place and follow up on supplier orders while keeping an eye on pricing, lead times, and demand</li><li>Communicate regularly with sales reps about customer needs and stock availability</li><li>Manage email correspondence with suppliers — from placing orders to checking delivery timelines</li><li>Use Excel to track product movement and identify trends in customer buying behavior</li><li>Highlight low stock or fast-moving products and assist in decision-making for reorders</li><li>Maintain a clean and logical stockroom setup</li><li>Support day-to-day operations with general administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Who We’re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and takes initiative</li><li>Experience in stock handling, logistics, or order processing is a bonus — but not required</li><li>Comfortable using Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, etc.)</li><li>Able to communicate clearly in both Greek and English</li><li>Good at juggling tasks and managing time independently</li><li>No university degree needed — we value experience, motivation, and a willingness to learn</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Get in Return<ul><li>A welcoming, supportive team</li><li>A role with real impact in a company that’s expanding steadily</li></ul>If you're practical, organized, and looking for a stable position in a close-knit team — we'd love to hear from you.Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:info@pas-oralcare.com">info@pas-oralcare.com</a>.
