On behalf of our client,&nbsp;a leading energy infrastructure company, we are seeking a driven and commercially oriented&nbsp;Customer Operations Coordinator&nbsp;to join their growing team at&nbsp;Larnaca, Cyprus. &nbsp;Customer Operations Coordinator – Ref. 5994/COC/ESS/CY Role Overview: We are seeking a&nbsp;Customer Operations Coordinator&nbsp;to join our client’s team at a major energy company. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will support daily customer service operations, ensuring smooth cargo handling and high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing and Operations Planning<ul><li>Communicate with customers to manage and process orders in the ERP system.</li><li>Coordinate with external parties (agents, surveyors, customs) to ensure efficient order handling.</li><li>Verify orders for accuracy and compliance with customer contracts.</li><li>Ensure truck loading system and ERP system orders are consistent and properly reported.</li><li>Handle order closing, document filing, and client invoicing.</li><li>Manage the daily operational schedule.</li></ul>Reporting and Procedure Management<ul><li>Prepare monthly inventory reports and month-end stock reconciliations.</li><li>Update and develop work procedures and instructions.</li><li>Prepare reports for regulatory authorities and clients as required.</li></ul>Client Relations<ul><li>Maintain excellent relationships with clients and understand their business needs.</li><li>Accept customer orders or provide alternative solutions and translate requirements into operational plans.</li><li>Manage various client requests and reporting requirements.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan daily activities considering terminal capabilities and ongoing operations.</li><li>Promote efficiency, professionalism, and high standards of interaction with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Propose improvements to operational procedures.</li><li>Handle customs formalities related to orders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University or college degree, preferably in commerce, business, or related fields.</li><li>1–2 years of experience, ideally in a customer service or operations role.</li><li>Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Greek.</li><li>IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17569678790780037257ihZ?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
