Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports under supervision.</li><li>Support senior team members in conducting transfer pricing risk assessments and planning strategies for multinational clients.</li><li>Help compile data and analysis for use in tax audits and disputes involving transfer pricing matters.</li><li>Monitor and summarize updates on local and international transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Perform benchmarking searches and assist in economic and financial analyses.</li><li>Draft communication and supporting materials for interactions with tax authorities as directed by senior staff.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills in transfer pricing. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field (or actively pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or ADIT)</li><li>Up to 1–2 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or a related field within a consulting firm or industry (internships or graduate roles also considered)</li><li>Basic understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience</li><li>Bonus based on performance</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Three days of paid sick leave per year</li><li>Corporate parking paid by the company</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company</li><li>Participation in our various corporate events and activities</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Please send your CV and Cover Letter (if available) to <a href="mailto:careers@perhagroup.com">careers@perhagroup.com</a>
