The Client:&nbsp;On behalf of a top-rated advertising company in Nicosia we are looking to recruit a Senior&nbsp;Media Manager.&nbsp;The Position:The Senior Media Manager will reports to the General Manager. The Senior Media Manager&nbsp;will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of media landscapes both locally and internationally.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:1) Media Planning and Strategy:<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to support advertising campaigns.</li><li>Identify target audiences and determine the best media mix to reach them.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment between media strategies and creative executions.</li></ul>&nbsp;2) Campaign Management:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end media campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.</li><li>Coordinate with external media agencies and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.</li></ul>&nbsp;3) Budget Management:<ul><li>Prepare and manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.</li><li>Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors.</li></ul>&nbsp;4) Analytics and Reporting:<ul><li>Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on campaign outcomes and media spend.</li></ul>&nbsp;5) Market Research:<ul><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in media consumption and advertising.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new media opportunities and competitive landscape.</li></ul>&nbsp;6) Team Collaboration and Leadership:<ul><li>Lead and mentor junior media planners and coordinators.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales.</li></ul>&nbsp;7)Compliance and Standards:<ul><li>Ensure all media activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Advanced degrees or certifications in media management or related areas are a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and management, preferably within an advertising agency or related environment.</li><li>Familiarity with programmatic advertising such as ARIANA, ORGANOTIKI, COMMRADAR, SYMMETRON, COPA&nbsp; and digital marketing trends and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms.</li><li>Proven track record of successful media campaigns across multiple channels.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Creative and innovative mindset.</li><li>Team player with strong leadership qualities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Location:The position is for the Client's offices in&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;Remuneration:&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;TO APPLY CLICK <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0XzgzMF9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>&nbsp;Apply now in strict confidence.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
