&nbsp;Pafilia is looking to recruit high-calibre and experienced Russian Speaking Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify business development opportunities and prepare action plans to achieve the assigned goals.&nbsp;Location: Paphos&nbsp;Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budgets and Business plan·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and recommend programs to meet client’s needs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement strategies to improve market share·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate&nbsp; market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates, etc., and deliver accurate business reports·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with Real Estate Agents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and attend tradeshows/ exhibitions worldwide and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace and find potential new business·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations&nbsp;Necessary requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Real Estate, Private Banking or Sales related industry·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Russian and &nbsp;English both written and oral·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Computer Skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast paced environment&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work against strict deadlines, independently manage, be adaptable and flexible&nbsp;&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package (including basic salary + Commission + Company car + Petrol Expenses + Mobile phone) will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Are you a passionate and dynamic sales professional seeking for a new challenge?
