Working for: Wavemaker Hospitality, Marketing DepartmentReporting to: Commercial Director (interim period of 6 months)Office Location: Wavemaker Hospitality HQ, Limassol, Cyprus&nbsp;ROLE OBJECTIVESThe Social Media &amp; Content Assistant plays a pivotal role in contributing to the marketing department’s operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategies, and helping the company achieve its marketing objectives.&nbsp;FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:Social Media Management:<ul><li>Assist in executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).</li><li>Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Research relevant trends and competitors to ensure that our content meets each platform’s criteria and delivers to the target audience.</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels for the main accounts.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for performance improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.</li></ul>&nbsp;Content Production Assistance:<ul><li>Assist with organizing, planning, and coordinating photoshoots, video production, and content creation for our resorts in Cyprus and Greece and traveling to the destinations.</li><li>Help with the logistics of the shoots, ensuring everything from location setup to post-production runs smoothly.</li><li>Assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos that highlight our properties, amenities, and experiences following the photo language per brand.</li></ul>&nbsp;Branding &amp; Storytelling:<ul><li>Ensure that content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and values across all platforms and for all brands.</li><li>Help curate and maintain a cohesive visual identity for all content shared online.</li><li>Work with the team to create compelling storytelling through images, captions, and video content.</li><li>Assist in the selections of imagery for any sales and marketing activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Collaboration &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on brand messaging and content strategy.</li><li>Assist in tracking and reporting on social media KPIs, ensuring content performance is monitored and optimized.</li></ul>&nbsp;REMUNERATIONAn attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate,  according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;APPLICATIONSTo apply for this position, please send an email to : <a href="mailto:a.ioannidou@wavemakerhospitality.com">a.ioannidou@wavemakerhospitality.com</a> with your CV and sample of work, using ‘Social Media and Content Assistant’ Application' as the subject line.**Communication will follow only with the candidates who meet the above qualifications. *** All CV’s will be treated in strict confidence.
