IT Support, Systems and Networks

Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Helpdesk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, assisting users with their requests and troubleshooting technical problems.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.</li><li>System and Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal functionality.</li><li>Workplace Setup: Configure and set up desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing users.</li><li>User Account Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, including password resets and access controls.</li><li>Printer Support: Assist with printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.</li><li>Data Backup &amp; Recovery: Ensure data backup systems are functioning correctly and assist with data recovery when needed.</li><li>Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, handling replacements and upgrades as necessary.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Record support requests and resolutions in detail to identify trends and improve support processes.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements<ul><li>Experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Foundational knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience with Monday.com is a plus but not required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills<ul><li>Good understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.</li><li>Good problem-solving mindset with a desire to develop technical skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical proficiency.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear, user-friendly support.</li><li>Team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and improving processes.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Lunchtime buffet</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings, and events</li></ul>Application Instructions: To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “Junior IT Helpdesk Support Specialist”.
