Bet on Alfa Ltd. is a Cypriot company, with their headquarters in Nicosia, founded on the values of responsible and safe gaming. At present, we have both Class A (betting store) and Class B (online) operations, with more than 65 branches throughout Cyprus.&nbsp;The Customer &amp; Payments Officer supports both online and retail operations by assisting customers, processing payments, resolving technical and betting-related issues, and ensuring compliance with KYC procedures.&nbsp;Your role:<ul><li>Customer Assistance (Online &amp; Retail): Supports customers via live chat, email, phone, and internal messaging for both online and retail operations, including betting issues, payments, account guidance, and general inquiries.</li><li>Customer Payments: Processes, verifies, and troubleshoots customer payments and transactions, ensuring secure and accurate handling of financial operations.</li><li>Technical Support: Troubleshoots and coordinates resolution of technical problems for customers and retail agents.</li><li>Account &amp; KYC Management: Conducts client onboarding, verifies customer identity, evaluates KYC documentation, and ensures client records are accurately maintained in the CRM system.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Escalation: Works closely with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Compliance) to resolve customer issues and escalates complaints or concerns as appropriate.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Administrative Support: Prepares and submits reports upon request and assists with operational tasks across teams as needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;What profile we are looking for:<ul><li>Holder of a BSc degree.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts (5 days per week).</li><li>Prior relevant experience is considered a plus.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Continuous professional development</li><li>21 days Annual Leave (reaching up to 25 days based on years’ of service).</li><li>Paid Maternity/Paternity leave.</li></ul>Interested in joining the family of Bet on Alfa?  integrity and honesty; sentiments which cannot be undervalued in our industry.Customer Support Team LeaderThe Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating their team and improving customer service experience, thus increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by meeting customer expectations and demands.<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>Your role:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul><li>Manage the Customer Support Department and coordinate processes and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness.</li><li>Suggest and implement improvements to policies and procedures (including payments procedures) for enhancing the level of customer support provided.</li><li>Manage VIP customers to ensure retention and handle requests, queries etc. </li><li>Ensure the ongoing maintenance of information and provide suggestions for additional functionalities and automations in the CRM system for enabling accurate reporting.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Analyse data and information to better understand customer behaviour and business drivers.</li><li>Oversee, monitor, delegate and review work and tasks by Customer Support Department employees.</li><li>Prepare the shift schedule of the Customer Support by ensuring continuity of customer service process delivery in the event of unplanned absence of team members (including self).</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>What profile we are looking for:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul><li>BSc Degree in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a Customer Support team; previous experience or knowledge of the betting industry is an advantage.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage queries through multiple customer service channels, e.g. email, social media, in-app chat, phone.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>What we offer:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul><li>13th salary.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Medical Insurance.</li><li>Continuous professional development.</li><li>21 days Annual Leave (reaching up to 25 days based on years’ of service).</li><li>Paid Maternity/Paternity leave.</li></ul>Interested in joining the family of Bet on Alfa?
