We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services.&nbsp;At current, bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team in Limassol, and we are looking&nbsp;for a&nbsp;Reconciliation Accountant (Suppliers) to join our Finance Division.&nbsp;This role will be responsible for managing supplier account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records, and supporting smooth collaboration between Finance and Development.&nbsp;Reports to: Chief AccountantLocation: Limassol, Cyprus&nbsp;Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reconcile supplier statements with company records to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Validate and process supplier invoices for approval and forward them to the Accounts Department for posting and payment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with external suppliers and internal team members to resolve discrepancies or issues without delay.</li><li>Investigate and follow up on unmatched invoices, credit notes, and outstanding balances.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier transactions and reconciliation reports.</li><li>Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments are in line with agreed supplier terms.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations related to supplier accounts.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</li></ul>Requirements for the position:<ul><li>University degree, or equivalent experience in a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of at least one business software (SAP Business One preferred).</li><li>Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package (13 salaries) with standard working hours (no overtime).</li><li>A dynamic and friendly working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;All interested Candidates are kindly invited to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/317?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">APPLY HERE</a>.
