Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accounting records for the group entities.</li><li>Entry of invoices and other accounting documents.</li><li>Issue of invoices and credit notes.</li><li>Preparation of reconciliation statements for debtors, banks, intercompany and customer balance.</li><li>Track and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.</li><li>Prepare accounting records in due time for deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns, liaise with Cyprus Tax and VAT authorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.</li><li>Process and execute the group payroll monthly, including on-time payment of Social Insurance contributions</li><li>Meet deadlines for monthly closings and reconciliations, preliminary review, and analysis of the trial balance.</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with external auditors.</li><li>Working closely with financial management, in preparing and delivering financial reports as assigned.</li><li>Perform other accounting duties as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Accounting/Finance.</li><li>Newly qualified or partly qualified: ACCA, ACA</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (previous experience in the construction will be considered as an advantage).</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting systems (Knowledge of E-Soft, Premiersoft will be considered as an advantage).</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and English.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Good knowledge of the labour legislation including PAYE, Social Insurance, General Health System</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organisational skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels and handle sensitive information</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary</li><li>Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.</li><li>22 Annual leave days per year</li></ul>
