Role Overview:The Director of Sales &amp; Marketing will lead the commercial strategy for our Group of Hotels and Resorts, driving revenue growth across rooms, F&amp;B outlets, events, and leisure services. This role combines strategic sales leadership with innovative marketing initiatives, ensuring our properties are positioned as market leaders while delivering exceptional guest experiences.&nbsp;The ideal candidate brings proven senior leadership experience in hospitality sales and marketing, with strong expertise in hotel distribution channels, brand positioning, and revenue optimization.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sales Leadership &amp; Revenue Growtho&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across all hotel departments.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on both local and international markets.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in site inspections and client meetings, showcasing Group of Hotels and Resorts facilities and services.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Draft and review contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department to ensure compliance and accuracy.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Marketing &amp; Brand Developmento&nbsp;&nbsp; Define and protect the brand identity of the Group of Hotels and Resorts, ensuring consistent positioning across all properties.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and traditional channels.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Drive brand awareness, loyalty, and guest engagement through storytelling and customer-centric campaigns.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives to optimize occupancy, ADR and profitability.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Digital Strategy &amp; Insightso&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee digital marketing including SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage online reputation and guest feedback platforms to support brand credibility.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Track and analyze KPIs across sales and marketing channels, providing actionable insights to improve performance.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaboration &amp; Leadershipo&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with Hotel General Managers and operational teams to ensure commercial strategies align with guest experience.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead, coach, and inspire a cross-functional Sales &amp; Marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Represent the hotels at industry events, international trade shows, and networking opportunities.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize and Conduct familiarization trips (FAM trips) and client presentations.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Financial &amp; Strategic Responsibility&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;o&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage the Sales &amp; Marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across properties.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Report regularly to senior leadership on revenue performance, marketing ROI, and market positioning.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or related field</li><li>Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Sales &amp; Marketing within luxury hotels or resorts, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record in driving hotel revenue growth and brand positioning.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, booking engines, OTAs, and global sales networks.</li><li>Experience with both luxury and lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.</li><li>Experience in the UK, Germany, CIS, GCC luxury travel markets is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and reporting ROI.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English.
