Learning &amp; Development Officer On behalf of ICPAC , an established professional association, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Learning and Development Officer to join their team in Nicosia. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide assistance and support to the Head of Learning and Development for the smooth operation and coordination of the department's work.</li><li>Support required actions within the framework of the Joint Examination Scheme (JES), including course content, exam conduct, and communication with ACCA, as it constitutes the official framework of the professional competence examinations.</li><li>Support actions related to the registration of JES Students and Graduate Accountants, including the maintenance and proper updating of the relevant Register, as well as any other matters related to JES.</li><li>Inform Students and Graduates by issuing circulars, regulations, and other informational material.</li><li>Support the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Scheme.</li><li>Support existing and new procedures for organizing seminars, presentations, and lectures for the organization’s Members and Students as well as other interested parties.</li><li>Manage the educational platform during online seminars.</li><li>Support matters related to exams offered to Members.</li><li>Cooperate with all external bodies related to the responsibilities of the position, including other Professional Bodies, Learning Providers, Academies etc.</li><li>Provide assistance and support to the Head of Learning and Development Department on matters related to the digitalization of departmental processes.</li></ul>Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English.</li><li>Team orientated and able to work on own initiative</li></ul> Employer's Details Benefits<ul><li>13th&nbsp;salary</li><li>Provident fund (5%)</li><li>Training and Personal Development Programs will be offered</li></ul>Working hours:&nbsp;Monday – Friday (twice a week 8:00-17:30, three times per week 8:00-15:00).&nbsp;Following a 38-hour working week, flexibility and working from home arrangements are available, subject to the needs of the organization. &nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV using the provided link: <a href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17506679877540069663Fmw">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17506679877540069663Fmw</a>
