Tickmill offers a competitive benefits package, team-building events, and many opportunities for professional growth.&nbsp;What the job looks like?&nbsp;The&nbsp;Client Service Officer&nbsp;will have the chance to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and phone in English.</li><li>Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Assist clients with verification and KYC procedures in line with regulatory and internal requirements, while providing accurate information on account management, execution queries, and platform functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues such as login problems and platform navigation, and guide clients in using available tools and resources to improve their trading experience.</li><li>Proactively engage clients to minimize churn by delivering personalized support, reactivating dormant accounts, and contributing to client retention through consistent follow-up and tailored solutions.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What will you need to be able to do the job?&nbsp;<ul><li>At least 1 year experience in a Customer Support/Sales position in a regulated financial services company.</li><li>Excellent command of English language.
