If you know your way around a station, thrive under pressure, and take pride in every plate, this is your chance to level up in a kitchen that’s redefining the dining experience.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Preparing fresh ingredients and executing dishes to perfection.</li><li>Cooking top-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.</li><li>Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensuring proper portioning, plating, and garnishing — every detail matters.</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and HACCP-compliant workstation.</li><li>Monitoring food temperatures and equipment functionality.</li><li>Supporting the team during busy service and communicating clearly with chefs.</li><li>Breaking down and sanitizing your station post-shift.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Bring:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel or premium restaurant.</li><li>Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant training.</li><li>Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.</li><li>Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is a plus).</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.</li><li>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A clean, professional appearance and a drive to grow.</li><li>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Why Óris?
