Business Associate to the COOThe company doValue Cyprus LimitedKey Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide ongoing support to the COO, maintaining track of operational matters that need resolution ensuring accuracy and timely input by the stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and prepare documentation for meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up actions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the COO in tracking performance metrics, project milestones, and departmental deliverables.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Legal, IT, Procurement, Operations) to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare repetitive or ad hoc presentations, reports for senior management and external stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle information with discretion and professionalism. Profile of the ideal candidate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or in a related field and/or other Qualifications (ACCA, ACA, MBA)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least three (3) years of work experience in a Supervisory role with similar responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Methodical with strong organizational skills and attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Critical thinker and results oriented·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High level of integrity and discretion in work ethics·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Project Management skills&nbsp;Location&nbsp;doValue Offices in Nicosia (Latsia) BenefitsAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
