Job Title: Bid Management Officer&nbsp;The CompanyAltamira Asset Management – dovalue Cyprus&nbsp;Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be part of the Altamira’s Real Estate Commercialization team and report directly to the Sales Manager.Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for bidding process of the portfolios under management·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review, analyze and assess offers submitted by potential buyers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate tenders received based on type of asset and the current market status and prepare reports·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the negotiation process with potential buyers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and manage real estate agents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communication with prospective buyers, real estate brokers and other real estate companies to execute potential deals.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with other departments of the Altamira Real Estate to handle request for technical issues by the potential clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other tasks as requested by the Sales ManagerRequirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in any field related to Real Estate, or in other field with real estate experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent sales and negotiation skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pleasant and trustworthy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent know of the MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)&nbsp;Location doValue’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia) Benefits An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
