JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Day-to-day administration of Cyprus legal entities</li><li>Preparing and executing board resolutions, POA, agreements etc</li><li>Bank accounts opening, forms reviewing, liaising with bankers and bank account monitoring</li><li>Assistance and on-going support in cross border conversions (redomiciliations) and cross border mergers</li><li>Arranging of necessary forms/documents needed for the issuance of Residence Certificates (Yellow slips) by the Civil Registry and Migration Department, registration of companies and individuals to the Social Insurance Department, Tax Department and VAT Department</li><li>Arranging of necessary forms/documents needed for the registration of individuals to the non-domiciled registry of the Tax Department and for the issuance of tax residence certificates</li><li>Registrations to ERGANI, SISNET and GHS</li><li>Issuing invoices</li><li>Liaising with clients and other associates (lawyers, bankers etc)</li><li>Maintaining legal entities’ registers</li><li>Perform other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the Corporate Department</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or another relevant field</li><li>Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position</li><li>Knowledge and ability to understand corporate and legal matters</li><li>Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office environment</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek languages (both verbal and written)</li><li>Knowledge of EBOS software will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;REMUNERATIONTraining will be provided both internally and by external seminars.An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th Salary, performance bonus and flexible working hours (39hrs per week).&nbsp;&nbsp;Please send your CV to: info@cymaplus.com.
