If you thrive on problem-solving, curiosity, and building creative solutions from the ground up, you’ll fit right in.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;Software Development:<ul><li>Develop new software products tailored to evolving business needs.</li><li>Gather and analyze user requirements to design and implement innovative solutions.</li><li>Participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of both new and existing products.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Run reporting processes during specific reporting periods to gain valuable insight into how our systems operate, while building the knowledge needed to handle development tasks effectively.</li><li>Ensure that all processes and software solutions comply with relevant financial regulations, including EMIR and MiFIR.</li><li>Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of new clients into our systems.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Previous work experience is not necessary, but experience in any of the below will be considered a plus:<ul><li>Software development, e.g. in Python, Java, or C#.</li><li>SQL databases.</li></ul></li><li>Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.</li><li>Be a persistent, creative problem solver.</li><li>Strong written and verbal English in business and technical contexts.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Experienced in working under pressure, shifting priorities as tasks come in.</li><li>Organised, focused and diligent, in executing the projects by the Manager/ Senior Manager and/or assigning tasks.</li><li>Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated and team player.</li><li>Positive can-do attitude, highly committed personality.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary.</li><li>“Dress for Your Day” scheme.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Work from home 2 days per week.</li><li>Afternoon off on Fridays.</li><li>Medical Insurance.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Employee Referral Scheme.</li><li>Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@fincap.com">hr@fincap.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;All applicants will be treated with strict confidentiality.
