Act as subject matter expert by sharing expertise on operational process with internal / external stakeholders.&nbsp;Principle Accountabilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day business of operations department by ensuring operational system, processes and infrastructure are in place.</li><li>Enable performance and exception management, as well as, generation of new solutions and opportunities for best customer experience.</li><li>Provide operational support to staff with proper coaching and training on subject with proper delegation of work.</li><li>Standardize the operational processes and, ensure department KPI’s are in place and, targets are met by developing continuous improvement culture within the team.</li><li>Collaborates with team, identifies gap and assess opportunities to improve operational process for seamless business execution.</li><li>Administer positive atmosphere within the team spirit of DHL Express.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvement and automation mindset.</li><li>Accelerate digitalization in line with company strategy.</li><li>Maintain credible, professional relationship with internal, external customers, channel partners and vendors.</li><li>Conduct periodic performance review and develop open and constructive feedback culture within the team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills / Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor / Master, preferably in logistics and supply chain management.</li><li>At least 5 years’ experience.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills, values and leadership capabilities.</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.</li><li>People management Skills.</li><li>Planning and organizing.</li><li>Decision making.</li><li>Strategic and forward thinker.</li><li>Strong Analytical and Performance Manager Skills.</li><li>Focus on high quality service Performance.</li><li>Fluent on both Greek and English language.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;All candidates who are interested and meet the necessary qualifications, please submit your applications, via e-mail to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr.cy@dhl.com">hr.cy@dhl.com</a> until 5th October 2025.
