If you’ve been searching for an opportunity that will put you on the fast track to career success, you’ve just found it.&nbsp;Finspec Services Ltd&nbsp;has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an&nbsp;Accounts Payable Officer&nbsp;on-site role in Limassol.&nbsp;The successful candidate will communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments, update and obtain vendor payment information to update the records.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Role:<ul><li>Receive and review invoices from suppliers and process them in a confidential manner.</li><li>Input invoice details into the accounts payable software for approval and execution.</li><li>Communication with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.</li><li>Maintain vendor records and manage new vendor setup.</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues.</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and internal departments</li><li>Ensure compliance with company internal policies and procedures</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Profile:<ul><li>A BSc/BA/Diploma in accounting or a relevant field will be considered an advantage but not a must.</li><li>Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting will be considered as advantage</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation:&nbsp;A competitive remuneration package will be offered depending on the skills, academic qualifications and experience.</li><li>Performance review: Enjoy bonus opportunities and salary adjustments once a year based on performance</li><li>Growth Opportunities:&nbsp;We’re committed to your career development.
