Junior Social Media Officer The Role: We are looking for a motivatedand creative Junior Social Media Officer to support our fast-growing marketing function. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, contribute to engaging social media initiatives, and develop your career in digital marketing. You will play a key part in assisting with the execution of social media strategies, content creation, campaign reporting, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Telegram etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of all visual assets with brand guidelines before publishing&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining social media content calendars across multiple initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Use social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr) to schedule and publish content&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the setup and coordination of live social media events (e.g. Instagram Live) in collaboration with the Live Education team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly, yearly, and lifetime performance reports using analytics tools to track key metrics and measure campaign success&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support A/B testing to determine the most effective content and thoroughly analyse the results to derive actionable insights for enhanced decision-making&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with Regional Marketing teams by sharing relevant materials (e.g. calendars, ad-hoc posts, and scripts)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct competitor research and shares insights on best practices&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest social media platform features and industry-specific rules and regulations related to content sharing on social media</li></ul>Main requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Media, or a related field&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in a social media role, preferably in a Marketing agency or in fintech or online trading services&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using task management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira) is considered an advantage&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) will be considered an advantage&nbsp;</li><li>Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual content and brand voice&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow brand guidelines&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to also work independently&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward&nbsp;</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition&nbsp;</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team&nbsp;</li><li>Bring It to Life – Role-Specific Take-Home Task&nbsp;</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview&nbsp;</li></ul>Type of employment:&nbsp;Full time&nbsp;Location:&nbsp;Cyprus, Greece&nbsp;or&nbsp;Remote&nbsp;Please visit our website <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.xm.com/careers">www.xm.com/careers</a> to submit your online application for this position.&nbsp; All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
