Location: Larnaca, Cyprus Reports to: Directors Department: Real Estate Development / ConstructionAre you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the real estate industry? Kalamon Homes, a reputable real estate development company based in Larnaca, is seeking an Operations Officer to support the daily functions of the business, assist with projects, and contribute to the efficiency and growth of the company.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.</li><li>Assist in coordinating real estate development projects, monitoring progress against timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Manage and organize data using advanced Excel functions and tools.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.</li><li>Provide support with ad hoc projects across affiliated businesses, including hotel and F&amp;B operations, as well as activities abroad.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.</li><li>A Master’s degree or professional qualification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and CRMs (experience with Qobrix is a plus).</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team environment.</li><li>Exposure to the dynamic real estate sector and diverse projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Please send your CV and cover letter to:📩 careers@kalamonhomes.com All applications will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
