This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with one of the most rapidly expanding investment companies operating in Cyprus.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and manage market risk, including client exposure</li><li>Track and reconcile Liquidity Providers' pricing, execution, and balances</li><li>Investigate and resolve trading-related incidents across multiple systems</li><li>Monitor client trades and flag unusual activity</li><li>Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently</li><li>Support cross-functional departments in daily brokerage operations</li><li>Generate reports for internal management and regulatory compliance</li><li>Prepare daily market commentary and economic updates</li><li>Maintain internal dealing systems</li><li>Stay updated on financial markets, currency movements, and corporate actions</li><li>Ensure smooth operations between client and broker business units</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dealing Room role</li><li>Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, including Admin/Manager</li><li>Solid understanding of financial instruments and trading systems</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus</li><li>Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Willingness to obtain CySEC Certification</li><li>Availability to work in 12/24 shift rotation</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with 13th-month salary bonus</li><li>Relocation package for you and your family</li><li>First month’s accommodation covered</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>20 days of paid vacation + 1 birthday day off</li><li>Multicultural and inclusive team culture</li><li>Excellent office environment in Limassol</li><li>Career development, ongoing training &amp; professional growth opportunities</li><li>A supportive company that values work-life balance</li></ul>📩 To apply, please send your updated CV to: careers@liteforex.eu 📎 Telegram for inquiries: @Tan_2044
