Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervises daily shifts, assists in providing direction for all day-to-day operations, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.</li><li>Reviews staffing levels&nbsp;and supports scheduling&nbsp;to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.</li><li>Participates in the recruitment and selection procedure.</li><li>Trains associates on the fundamentals of service standards and strives to improve service performance.</li><li>Ensures associates receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.</li><li>Administers the performance appraisal process for direct reports in cooperation with the Restaurant Manager.</li><li>Establishes guidelines so associates understand expectations and parameters.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all food &amp; beverage policies, quality standards, and procedures by training, supervising, following-up, and employing hands-on management.</li><li>Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage Service Industry in the same position or any similar role in the Hospitality Industry in 4- or 5-star Hotels</li><li>Previous experience with Marriot standards will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken</li><li>Outstanding communication and organizational skills</li><li>Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management&nbsp;</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your CV outlining your interest and suitability for the role to <a href="mailto:careers@thelandmarknicosia.com">www.thelandmarknicosiacareers.com</a> under the vacancy "Restaurant Supervisor" or directly through the link <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://rcr.li/OGFN">https://rcr.li/OGFN</a> .&nbsp;Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
