The successful candidate will be a highly business-oriented and technically proficient Data Analyst who will make a tangible impact on business growth, playing a key role in developing the infrastructure and analytics that drive regulatory compliance and empower smarter business decisions.&nbsp;In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams and locations to deliver solutions and turn complex datasets into actionable insights.&nbsp;What Would Be Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain automated business intelligence reports and dashboards for management, compliance, and regulatory reporting</li><li>Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, compliance team, regulatory submissions and audits</li><li>Conduct data quality assessment to ensure data accuracy and integrity, implement data governance best practices</li><li>Collaborate with trading, marketing, and product teams to support pricing strategy analysis and spread optimization initiatives, and to optimize all-over business strategies</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including client acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and trading volumes</li><li>Create comprehensive analysis of client trading patterns, risk metrics, and profitability analysis</li><li>Perform client segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns and product development</li><li>Work with IT teams to optimize database performance and data architecture</li></ul>What We Require from You:<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer or similar role in financial services, preferably in a CySEC or similar EU-regulated CFD/Forex brokers or investment firms</li><li>Strong understanding of CFD products, financial markets, and trading mechanics</li><li>Education background in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related quantitative field is preferred</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and database management</li><li>Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)</li><li>Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes</li><li>Project management capabilities, including requirements gathering and solution implementation.</li><li>A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Collaborative team player with ability to work across departments</li></ul>Below Advanced Analytics Skills are considered as a plus:<ul><li>Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.</li><li>Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications for client segmentation, anomaly detection, and predictive forecasting.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.</li><li>Experience in conducting competitive research and analysing benchmarking data.</li><li>Knowledge of data protection regulations relevant to financial services.</li><li>Experience in establishing data standards and governance policies.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DataOps principles and best practices.</li></ul>What You Can Look Forward To:<ul><li>Be part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team</li><li>Career growth opportunities with global offices</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Education subsidy &amp; full-paid Study Leave</li><li>Fitness membership allowance</li><li>21 days of annual leave increasing every year</li><li>Birthday Leave</li><li>Sick Leaves</li><li>Work from Home Policy</li><li>Weekly Lunch</li></ul>Mitrade is at the cutting edge of FinTech with a team that excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
