Our client, a dynamic Events Management company and leading Marketing Agency, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Marketing in Limassol (Hybrid).&nbsp;As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities.Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, qualify leads and initiate the sales process, work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging industry knowledge and communication skills to build meaningful relationships with potential clients in the forex, CFD and financial services sectors.Benefits:<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications</li><li>Annual Discretionary Bonus&nbsp;</li><li>Health and Dental Coverage for Well-being</li><li>Maternity &amp; Paternity Benefits</li><li>Flexible working hours&nbsp;and Hybrid option</li><li>Complementary lunch at the office</li><li>Laptop&nbsp;</li><li>21 days of annual leave, 5 paid Sick leave and long weekend leave</li><li>An inspiring work environment with ambitious and enthusiastic colleagues</li><li>A challenging position in a multi-cultural company</li></ul>Responsibilities· Proactively research and identify potential clients within the forex, CFD and financial services industries, including brokers, trading platforms and related service providers.· Utilize email, LinkedIn, cold calling and other tools to engage potential clients, introduce our client's marketing services and uncover their needs.· Conduct initial conversations to understand prospective clients' marketing challenges, goals and requirements, assessing their fit for our client’s offerings.· Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share client insights and stay updated on market trends and industry developments.· Ensure all client and prospect interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system, including details of conversations, next steps and follow-up actions.· Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including lead generation, calls made, meetings scheduled and other relevant metrics.&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.· 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in financial services or marketing.· Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, or social media, will be considered an advantage.· Excellent written and spoken English for global communication.· Understanding of the forex, CFD, or financial services sector.· Ability to build rapport and convey value propositions clearly.· Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Monday.com and other prospecting tools.· Skilled in multitasking, prioritising and maintaining attention to detail.· Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.· Based in Cyprus (EU passport)Must have:<ul><li>B2B sales experience, and not any profile that works in a call centre with brokers.</li><li>Previous experience in prospecting and reaching out to clients, via multiple channels.</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested, click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://work-channel.com/job_positions/sales-development-representative-marketing-in-limassol-hybrid/">HERE</a>&nbsp;Note: Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
