Infocredit Group is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Manager to lead our IT department in delivering secure, reliable, and efficient technology services that power our business. If you’re passionate about technology, leadership, and driving innovation, this role is for you.&nbsp;About the RoleAs the IT Support Manager, you will oversee the IT team, ensuring smooth operations, robust security, and high availability of systems across the organization. You’ll lead infrastructure management, technical support, and IT projects that align with our business objectives, while ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise the IT team, setting departmental goals and managing resources</li><li>Manage servers, virtual machines, hosting environments, and enterprise applications</li><li>Maintain and secure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)</li><li>Implement and enforce IT policies, security controls, and compliance standards</li><li>Ensure reliable data backups and disaster recovery plans</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly across hardware, software, and networks</li><li>Coordinate IT projects and system upgrades to enhance performance and scalability</li><li>Communicate technical requirements effectively to non-technical staff and stakeholders</li><li>Evaluate and introduce new technologies that strengthen efficiency and security&nbsp;</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field</li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years in IT support</li><li>Experience in systems/network administration</li><li>At least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory IT role (preferred)</li></ul></li><li>Strong expertise in servers, hosting, virtual machines, LAN/WAN, and enterprise applications</li><li>Proven ability to lead, communicate, and motivate IT staff</li><li>Knowledge of IT security, data protection, and compliance standards</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to emerging technologies&nbsp;</li></ul>Why Join Infocredit Group?At Infocredit Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping our IT landscape and ensuring business continuity across critical services in risk management, compliance, and business intelligence.
