We provide trading technology, deep liquidity, and premium conditions to a global network of professional traders and partners.Position OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function, driving HR strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training &amp; development, compensation &amp; benefits, and compliance with Cyprus labor law regulations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;HR Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and local labor legislation.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.</li><li>Drive initiatives to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Talent Management<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and international roles, with a focus on attracting top talent in the forex/fintech sector.</li><li>Develop talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.</li><li>Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Promote employee engagement through effective communication and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Handle employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and in line with company values.</li><li>Foster diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity initiatives.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administration<ul><li>Ensure HR practices comply with Cyprus labor law, GDPR, and CySEC regulations.</li><li>Manage payroll coordination, compensation structures, and employee benefits.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2+ years of HR management experience, ideally within the forex, fintech, or financial services industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor law and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full coverage medical insurance</li><li>Hybrid work model (5 WFH days/month)</li><li>Weekly breakfast (Wednesdays) &amp; lunch (Thursdays) provided</li><li>Personal development opportunities and training budget</li><li>Real ownership of your work and the space to make an impact</li></ul>To Join our team please apply in the following link:https://topfx.bamboohr.com/careers/74?source=aWQ9OQ%3D%3D&nbsp;
